摘要
混凝土装配式结构是我国一个新型产业,目前仍处在起步阶段,还没有完整的配套工业生产系统,其主要构配件及与其配套的建筑装饰、电气、设备等各专业预留预埋均须在工厂进行,因此,预制构件加工生产前,应对电气、设备、生产、吊装等专业进行深化设计和拆分。同时应具备完善的施工组织设计、先进合理的施工工法、可控的质量控制体系,才能确保这一新型结构体系从构配件加工到成品建筑的成功实现。结合工程案例,针对厦门海沧生物医药园区4号厂房混凝土装配式施工质量控制措施进行了阐述。
The concrete structure is a new type of industry in China. At present, it is still in the initial stage. There is no complete supporting industrial production system. Its main structural parts and its supporting construction, electrical and equipment are reserved for embedding. Should be carried out in the factory, therefore, prefabricated components before processing, should be electrical, equipment, production, lifting and other professional deep design and split. At the same time should have a sound construction organization design, advanced and reasonable construction methods, controllable quality control system, in order to ensure that this new structural system from the processing of finished parts to the successful completion of finished products. In this paper, the construction quality control measures of concrete assembly in 4 # plant of Xiamen Haicang Biomedical Park are expounded.
