苛性白云石制备氯氧镁水泥水化机理的研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用DTA,XRD及SEM等方法和相应的物理性能检测手段对以煅烧苛性白云石制备的氯氧镁水泥的水化机理进行系统研究.实验结果证明:苛性白云石中的MgO和CaCO3的晶体有缺陷,故具有较高的活性;苛性白云石与菱苦土制备的氯氧镁水泥有相似的水化机理及微观结构. By means of DTA, XRD,SEM and corresponding means for measuring physical properties,the hydration mechanism of the magnesium oxychloride cement (MOC) prepared by calcined caustic dolomite was studied. Experimental results show that defects exist in the crystals of MgO and CaCO 3 in caustic dolomite,resulting in higher reactivity. A view of inert filler of CaCO 3 in caustic dolomite is rejected. The hydration mechanism and microstructure of the MOC prepared by caustic dolomite is similar to that of MOC by calcined magnesite.
