摘要
本文从高校图书馆后勤保障工作的基本要求出发 ,论述了高校图书馆后勤保障体系和保障机制的建设 ,以及从高校后勤社会化的做法和经验 。
From the necessary demands of rear-service support in university libraries the establishment of support system and mechanism for rear-service are discussed in the paper. The practice and experience offer an important enlightenment to rear-service reform in university libraries.
