摘要
文章以东华理工学院图书馆为例,讨论了新型图书馆的物业管理,同时还研究了物业管理的必要性、基本内容和存在的一些问题。
In this article, the author discussed the management of real estate in the modem library using an example from the East China Institute of Technology. Additionally, the necessity, the fundamental contents and the some problems regarding of are studied in this article.
