摘要
目前高校物业的管理现状还存在着许多不尽人意的地方 .高校后勤社会化为物业管理提供了可能性和必要性 .要探讨高校物业管理模式 ,必须从三方面入手 :把体制转换放在首位 ;培养高素质物业管理人员 ;造就适合物业管理发展的良好社会氛围 .
Presently,there exist many unsatisfactory aspects of public property management in uneversities and colleges.But the socialization of university logistics brings possibility and necessity.In the quest for a model of university public property management,three things must be done:system transformation,training for high quality public property management personnel,building up a good social atmosphere for development of public property management.
