摘要
O形橡胶密封圈是静密封的主要方式,应用广泛,其长期密封性能常常影响重大。随着机器学习类软件的兴起,O形圈性能预测的研究有了长足进步,但仍缺乏普适性的理论模型,文章对近期的研究成果进行分类总结。并在汇总O形圈材料特性及各国标准要求基础上,分析讨论了O形圈实验研究进展。
O-ring is one of the main way of static sealing and its long-term properties is very important.With the development of machine learning software,there is a great progress of the O-ring performance prediction,although the lack of an universal theoretical model.This article summarizes the related research results recently,then discusses the experimental research progress of O-ring based on summarizing its material properties and the fundamental of national standard requirements.
