摘要
研究复方纳豆酵素粉的降血脂作用。建立高血脂模型,将60只大鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,除空白对照组外的其他组喂食高脂饲料七周,从而建立高脂模型,灌胃给药两周,测大鼠血脂的各项指标,包括总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)。结果表明:复方纳豆酵素粉可以显著降低大鼠的总胆固醇、甘油三酯及丙二醛水平,极显著降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,极显著升高总超氧化物歧化酶水平,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平有所升高。说明复方纳豆酵素粉具有一定的降血脂效果。
To evaluate the effect of compound of natto enzyme powder on antilipidemic.Establish hyperlipidemia model,sixty rats were divided into 6groups randomly,each group had 10 rats.Except blank control group,other groups were fed with high fat diet for seven weeks,and hyperlipidemia model was set up.Lavage compound for two weeks,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total superoxide dismutase and malonaldehyde of rats were measured.Compound of natto enzyme powder can significantly decrease the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and malonaldehyde,very significantly decrease the level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,very significantly increase the level of total superoxide dismutase,the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol presented some increase.Compound of natto enzyme powder has some antilipidemic effect.
