摘要
研究以龙眼核水解液发酵生产单细胞蛋白 ,在 2 8℃经酵母As2 .6 17摇瓶发酵 2 4h ,干酵母最高产率可达 10 .95g/L ,蛋白质含量为 36 %~ 39% ,通过正交试验得出其优化发酵培养基为 :3%的龙眼核粉水解液 ,尿素 0 .2 % ,MgSO4·7H2 O 0 .0 5 % ,KH2 PO40 .15 % ,pH值为 5 .5~ 6 .0。还研究了其合适的接种量、发酵时间、转速等因素。
With the hydrolyzate of longan stones as carbon source and other nutrients added, 10.95g/l dry yeast from the cultivation of As2.617 was obtained through shake culture for 24 h at 28 ℃, and the protein content of the dry yeast was 36%~39%. The conditions of the optimized medium were: the concentration of the hydrolyzate of longan stones 3%, urea consumption 0.2%, MgSO·7H 2O 0.05%, KH 2PO 4 0.15%, pH 5.5~6.0. Furthermore, other factors such as the optimum inoculation amount, cultivation time and rotating speed were also studied.
