摘要 龙眼为药食两用植物,在我国具有悠久的使用历史,其化学成分类型多样,包括三萜类、酚类、甾体类以及脂类等,现代药理研究表明龙眼具有显著的抗氧化、抗菌、抗癌、降血糖以及增强免疫力等活性。本文综述了龙眼的化学成分、药理活性研究概况,为其进一步研发提供参考。 Dimocarpus longan Lour. is an edible plant, which has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine for a long time. Dimocarpus longan Lout. contains various types of chemical constituents, including triterpenes, phenols, steroids, Iipids, ere.and it has extensive medical activities, such as antioxidant, antibacterial, anticancer, anti-glyeated and immunity enhancement activities. In this paper, the progresses on chemical constituents and pharmacology were reviewed so as to thoroughly utilize and explore the abundant natural resources.
