摘要
针对水泥回转窑生产过程非线性时变特性 ,在FCM聚类分析的基础上结合神经网络设计一种新型的模糊控制器 ,与传统的模糊系统相比 ,减少了规则数目 ,同时系统具备一定的学习能力和较快的收敛速度。将其应用于水泥回转窑的温度控制 ,运行结果表明 ,控制效果良好 ,能满足生产工艺要求。
Considering the nonlinear time varying property of cement rotary kiln,a new fuzzy controller based on FCM clustering analysis and neural network is presented in this paper.Compared with traditional fuzzy system,the proposed controller has fewer rules,also with certain ability of learning and good convergent speed.It has been applied to control the temperature of cement rotary kiln.The control effect is well meeting the requirements of productive technique.
