摘要
介绍了一种支持向量机与遗传算法相结合的方法,并通过实测数据建立催化裂化轻柴油凝点数学模型,在线计算轻柴油油气分压和装置在线验证,模型具有泛化能力,并将其作为软仪表用来实时优化工艺操作。
The method combined genetic algorithm and support vector machines is introduced first. A mathematic model for predicting the solidifying point of light cycle oil in the catalytic cracking unit is developed based on the practical data. Results of on-line calculation show that the deviation between the predicted value is fit to width. This model by way of the soft meter is used to optimize real time unit operation.
