热处理对山羊绒纱线性能及纤维微观结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用高温染样机及假捻变形纱机的热箱,分别研究了山羊绒纱线在松弛状态、张紧状态下高温蒸纱、煮纱处理以及干热空气处理对山羊绒纱线强伸性能、颜色及长度的影响,并进一步采用DSC技术,分别研究了山羊绒纱线经(120℃,5 min)、(120℃,25min)张紧蒸纱处理以及(130℃,10min)松弛煮纱处理后,其纤维熔融峰的变化。结果表明,山羊绒纱线在热处理过程中,含水率越高,损伤越严重;与松弛蒸纱相比,张紧蒸纱后的山羊绒纱线的强伸性能下降较多,尤其是断裂伸长率;(130℃,10 min)松弛煮纱使山羊绒纤维的绝大部分结晶熔融,纱线发生过缩。 By High Temperature Laboratory Dyeing Machine and the heat case of False-Twist Yarn Texturing Machine, the effects of steaming, crabbing and heating in hot air on the tensile properties, color and the length of cashmere yarn were firstly investigated. Moreover, the changes in the fiber structures after the stretched cashmere yarn was treated in steam of 120℃for 5 minutes and 10 minutes and the relaxed cashmere yarn was crabbed in 130℃ for 10 minutes were studied by DSC technology. It shows that the higher the moisture contents in cashmere yarn, the more severe the damages the yarn suffers during heat treatment, the stretched cashmere yarn suffers more damages than the relaxed cashmere yarn during steaming treatment, the most crystalline regions of cashmere fiber melt and the yarn supercontracts after the relaxed cashmere yarn is crabbed in 130℃ for 10 minutes.
