摘要
等离子体技术是一种改善纺织纤维表面性能的有效方法。文章利用等离子体对马海毛纤维进行处理。使用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪、TG测试仪、DSC测试仪等对处理前后的纤维性能进行测试;同时,测试了处理前后纤维的上染率和电学性能。结果表明:经等离子体处理后,马海毛纤维表面结构和内部结构都发生了变化,结构性能得到了有效改善。
Plasma technology is an effective method to improve textile fiber surface properties. In this paper, the mohair fiber is processed by plasma. It used scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, TG tester, DSC to test the mohair fiber, as well as to test the treated fiber. The dyeing rate and electrical properties were tested, too. The results showed that the surface structure and the internal structure of mohair fiber were changed after treating with plasma. The properties of the treated fiber were effectively improved.
