摘要
针对电脑横机编织针织物下机衣片存在织物倾斜的问题,从生产实际出发,分析纺纱工艺、织物组织、织物密度、起底板及主副罗拉拉力装置等对衣片倾斜的影响,从技术角度研究织物倾斜的解决方案,提出通过制定合理的纺纱工艺参数,改进横机编织系统和拉力装置,织物密度与横机机号匹配,织物后整理弥补等措施,可以改善或消除织物倾斜。
To solve the problem of yarn slope of weft knitted fabric knitted by computerized flat knitting machine, the effect of yarn structure parameters, the fabric structure, fabric density, the base plate and the assistant roller tension device on slope of the yarn were analyzed and the solution were draw out from the technical point of view. The slope of weft knitted fabric can be modified by using optimized spinning parameters, improved knitting system and tension device, density matching with gauge and finishing of knitted fabric.
