摘要
目的探讨脾氨肽联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的临床效果。方法选取萍矿总医院2013年5月—2015年4月收治的CMV感染患儿80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组患儿给予脾氨肽联合更昔洛韦治疗,对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、尿液CMV-DNA水平。结果观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿白细胞、血小板计数减少发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未发生肝功能损害。治疗前两组患儿尿液CMV-DNA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2、4周观察组患儿尿液CMV-DNA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4、6周两组患儿尿液CMV-DNA水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾氨肽联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿CMV的临床效果明显,可提高机体免疫功能,增强机体的抗病毒能力,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of spleen aminopeptide combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of children cytomegalovirus( CMV) infection. Methods A total of 80 children infected by CMV were treated in Ping Mine General Hospital from May 2013 to April 2015,which were randomly diviced into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with spleen aminopeptide combined with ganciclovir,the control group were treated with ganciclovir,the clinical effect,prevalence of adverse reaction urine CMV- DNA of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of white blood cell and platelet count in the observation group were lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). No liver function damage occurred in the two groups of children. Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differences in CMV- DNA between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Treatment for 2,4weeks CMV- DNA level of the treatment group were lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). Treatment for 2,4,6 weeks,CMV- DNA levels of two groups were lower than before treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Spleen aminopeptide combined with ganciclovir have significant clinical effect in treating children with CMV,can improve immune function and enhance the antiviral ability of organism and reduce adverse reactions.
