摘要
采用正交设计研究石榴皮总黄酮提取工艺。结果显示乙醇提取法最佳工艺组合为A2 B3 C1D3 ,即 70 %乙醇 ,80℃回流提取 2h ,固液比为 1 :2 0 ;超声波提取法最佳工艺组合为A2 B3 C3 ,即 70 %乙醇 ,超声提取 45min,固液比为 1 :2 0。超声波提取法优于乙醇提取法 ,乙醇提取法优于水提取法。乙醇浓度和溶剂倍量因素对总黄酮溶出影响极大 ,应加以控制。
To provide a basis for the optimum extracting technology of total flavone of Peel of the Punica granatum L., the orthogonal design was used.The results indicated:The optimum extracting condition of the ethanol back-flow method was A2 B3 C1 D3, which is adding twenty times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 2h at 70℃; The optimum extracting condition of the UW-extraction method was A2B3C3, that is - adding twenty times amount of 70% alcohol and extracting for 45min.Such conclusion was abtained:The UW-extraction method is superior to the alcohol back-flow method and the alcohol back-flow method is superior to the water back-flow method The alcohol consistency ,amount and time should be strictly controlled because they have large effects on the dissolution of total flavone.
