摘要
黄瓜叶中含有丰富的黄酮类化合物。采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,测定黄瓜叶中总黄酮的含量。结果显示:乙醇提取法最佳工艺组合为A1B3C3D3,即乙醇浓度30%,提取时间3h,料液比1g:50ml,提取温度60℃。研究结果可为利用黄瓜叶工业化生产黄酮类药用成分提供科学依据。
Leaves of cucumber is rich of flavonoids compounds. Flavonoids in leaves was determined by spectrometric method with rutin as a standard. The results indicated: The optimum extracting condition of the ethanol digestion method was A1B3C3D3, which is adding twenty times amount of the ethanol 30%, extracting time 3h, solid-liquid ratio ratio 1g:50ml and temperature of extraction 60℃. This data provided useful pharmaceutic in formation of flavonoids from leaves of cucumber.
