摘要
在温度220~280℃、液态空速0 8~2 0h-1、压力1 3~2 7MPa条件下,于无梯度反应器中测定了ALC-1A型双功能催化剂工业颗粒的宏观反应速率,并对实验测定的数据进行了参数估值,得到了以逸度表示的甲醇裂解重整多重反应的双速率宏观动力学方程。各组分的逸度由PR状态方程求得,并通过多参数估值得到了逸度系数的关联式。
Global kinetics of hydrogen production by catalytic decomposition a nd steam reforming of methanol over ALC-1A catalyst was studied in a gradientless reactor at temperature 220~280 ℃,liquid volume space velocity 08~20 h-1 and pressure 13~27 MPa.Through parameter estimation,double power rate global kinetics equations of following forms indicated by fugacity fit experimental data well:r1=dnCO/dm=98106×103exp(-82 390RT)f-0071m(1-β1)r2=dnCO2/dm=548256exp(-41 755RT)f01565mf01692w(1-β2)Fugacity of each component was calculated by PR equation of state,and an expres sion of fugacity coefficient was obtained through multi-parameter estimation.
