不同催化剂应用于甲醇重整发动机的试验研究

摘要 甲醇重整富氢燃料发动机应用关键在于高效重整,根据发动机对重整催化剂的要求,通过试验对比了三种催化剂的催化性能,并分析了反应结果。试验结果表明,Cu基催化剂对反应温度要求较高,重整率低,且衰减很快,但重整产物中氢气含量比例较高;Ni基的催化剂对反应温度要求较低,重整率高,但反应产物中氢的含量较低,且积碳很严重;CuZnCeZr催化剂重整率与低温重整性能都比Ni基催化剂稍差,但氢气选择性略有增加,寿命也有了很大改善。 The application of hydrogen enriched fuel engine is key to efficient reforming of methanol reforming.Aaccording to the requirement of engine for reforming catalyst by comparative tests of the catalytic properties of three kinds of catalyst, the reaction results and analysis. The test results show that Cu based catalyst has high requirement to the reaction temperature, reforming rate is low, and the attenuation is very fast, but a higher proportion of reforming hydrogen content in the product. Ni based catalysts for the reaction temperature requirements are low, reforming rate is high, but the content of hydrogen in the reaction product is lower, and the carbon deposition is very serious. CuZnCeZr catalyst reforming rate and low-temperature reforming performance than Ni based catalyst is a bit poor, but the hydrogen selectivity increased slightly, life has improved a lot.
