摘要
用Berty型无梯度反应器研究了原颗粒Cr-Zn系催化剂MOR -67上甲醇水蒸气转化制氢反应的宏观动力学。以水蒸气转化反应和分解反应为独立反应 ,获得了可供实用的宏观动力学方程。效率因子计算表明 ,内扩散影响严重 ,催化剂效率很低 ,有必要通过催化剂工程设计 。
The macro kinetics of methanol-steam reforming over Cr-Zn catalyst has been investigated in a Berty CSTR.Choosing SRM and DE as the independent parallel reactions,the author established the macro kinetic equations of methanol steam reforming reactions as follows: r SRM =2.415×10 7e -106 200/RT P 1.336 A1-P CO 2 P 3 H 2 K P,SRM P AP H 2O mol/(g·h) r DE =2 569×10 6e -114 700/RT P 0 9762 A1-P CO P 2 H 2 K P,DE P Amol/(g·h) The effective factor is calculated and the result shows that influence of diffusion is remarkable.The nonuniform distribution of active sites over catalyst may reinforce the catalytic efficiency.
