摘要
继续医学教育是培养合格的卫生技术人才,保证当代医学科学技术进步的必由之路。为了使我国继续医学教育能经常、持久、深入开展,应该建立适合我国国情的运行机制。通过理论和实践我们总结出一套较为有效的继续医学教育管理方法,即教育培养、考核管理、晋升使用,三位一体化管理。本文着重阐述了三位一体化管理的含义、作用、做法与效果。
To train qualified hygiene technical personnels and ensure the development of modern medical science and technology, continuing medical education is necessary. Reform machanism of our country must be cet up so that CME can be frequently and continuously carried out in a deep-gaing way. A series of effective method of management for CME has been investigated theoretically and practically, that is education and training, testing and management, promoting and using 'Three in one' management model. The implication and function and pratice and effective of 'Three in one' management model were investigated.
