摘要
本文从终身教育理论出发,论述了继续医学教育的重要性和紧迫性。指出应转变一次性学校教育观念,树立起医学终身教育观念。在总结中国继续医学教育工作经验的基础上、作者提出了适合中国国情的医学终身教育模式、即大学教育、毕业后教育和继续教育的三阶段连续体系。文中还对继续医学教育的对象、学习方法和形式、各部门的职责及有关政策、法规的制定等问题提出原则性意见。
According to the theory of Lifelong Education, this paper expounds the importance and pressing of Continuing Medical Education (CME) and points out that the concept of education only within colleges and universities should be changed and Lifelong Medical Education set up. Based on the experiences of CME in Zhe jiang Privince, Changchun and Tianjin cities, we suggest a model of Lifelong Medical Education which is suitable for the condition in China. Itconsists of three stages, including colleges and universities education, postgraduate education and continuing education. The first stage is fundamental education which provides basic knowledge and skills. The second stage which includes resident training and graduate education, is in-service training. And the last stage is updated education. Our paper also suggests several principle ideas which are as follows. The trainees of CME should be determined first. At present, resident training is the essential task. There are four principles for CME, they are inservice training, self-study, sparetime study and practice. CME should develop in different channals, varying levels and forms. Different departments take diffedent duties. Certain Laws and policies of CME should be established.
