摘要
通过分析凸轮与从动件之间的空间几何关系 ,建立了弧面分度凸轮廓面的柱面坐标计算式和压力角公式 ,据此可准确计算弧面分度凸轮工作廓面上任意一点的三维坐标和压力角 ,为此种凸轮的三维设计提供了理论基础。给出了一个算例 。
By analyzing the geometrical relation between c am and follower,this paper establishes the cylindrical coordinate computation fo rmulas and pressure angle formula of the contour surface of a roller gear indexi ng cam. Utilizing these formulas, the three dimensional coordinates and the pres sure angle of any point of the working surfaces of the cam can be exactly calcul ated. A calculation example is given,and the example indicates that the formulas are correct and effective.
