摘要
针对弧面分度凸轮的廓面设计,在传统理论及方法的绘图设计方面,出现完成低效率化、长周期性、质量设计不稳定、优化调整复杂性的问题,采用以RPY坐标变换建模新方法为基础,导出轮廓的数学模型,进一步得到压力角的一般解析表达式;并基于MATLAB GUI系统建立弧面分度凸轮参数化平台,建立参数化程序结构和用户图形交互操作设计的平台;通过机构实例仿真,得到弧面分度凸轮机构的运动分析图像并与模型验证。试验表明,凸轮旋转360°,转盘旋转45.012°,与理论值相近,没有发生畸变,表明平台设计模型的有效性。研究为凸轮的计算机辅助设计提供参考。
For profile design of globoidal indexing cam,in terms of the drawing design of traditional theories and methods,there appear problems such as low efficiency,long periodicity,unstable quality design,and complexity of optimization and adjustment.Based on a new modeling method using the RPY coordinate transformation,mathematical model of the profile was derived,and further the general analytical expression of the pressure angle was obtained;And based on MATLAB GUI system,a platform for parametric program structure of globoidal indexing cam and user graphics interactive operation design was established;By using the mechanism example simulation,the motion analysis image of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism was obtained and verified with the model.The experiment shows that when the cam rotates 360°,the turntable rotates 45.012°,which is close to the theoretical value,without distortion,indicating the effectiveness of the platform design model.The study provides a reference for the research of cam CAD.
