摘要
弧面分度凸轮机构用于两垂直交错轴间的间歇分度步进传动,能将输入的连续运动转化为输出的间歇分度运动,其高速性能好,适用于高速场合,且具有运转平稳、结构紧凑、预载容易、设计上的限制比较少、加工比较方便等优点,故被广泛应用于各种机械自动化生产中。通过分析弧面凸轮与分度盘的空间几何关系,采用反转法得出分度盘与凸轮廓面任意接触点的空间坐标和压力角,进而求得廓面曲线,简化了弧面凸轮的廓面曲面设计,并缩短了三维建模过程。
Globoidal indexing cam mechanism is used for intermittent indexing stepping transmission between two vertical staggered shafts.It can transform the continuous motion of input into intermittent indexing motion of output.It has the advantages of good high-speed performance,being suitable for high-speed occasions and running smoothly,compact structure,easy preloading,less design restrictions ,more convenient processing,etc.,so it is widely used in various mechanical automation production.In this paper ,based on the space geometric relationship between globoidal cam and indexing disk,the space coordinate and pressure angle of any contact point between indexing disk and cam profile are obtained by inversion method,and then the profile curve is obtained,which simplifies the design of globoidal cam profile surface and shortens the process of three-dimensional modeling.
