摘要
本文简要介绍了日产200t涤纶短纤维后处理联合机的工艺流程及其特点。该联合机的几条生产线在用户厂一次开车成功。生产实践证明,其运转平稳,产品质量稳定、可靠,完全达到用户满意度,是同等规模联合机中性价比较高的一种。
This paper briefly introduced the technological process and characteristics of the 200 t PET staple fiber post-treatment combined machine. Several production lines of the combined machine were successfully started in a user’s factory at one time. The production practice had proved that it ran smoothly, the product quality was stable and reliable, and it could completely meet the customer satisfaction. It is one of the high cost-effective types of combined machines of the same scale.
