利用双水相系统转化雄甾-1,4-二烯-3,17-二酮的研究 被引量:13

摘要 利用混合植物甾醇 (45 % β 谷甾醇 ,30 %豆甾醇 ,2 5 %菜油甾醇 )作为底物筛选适合菌株Mycobacteri umHCCB0 0 6转化生成雄甾 1,4 二烯 3,17 二酮 (ADD)的双水相系统 ,并用表面活性剂对系统进行进一步的优化。经初步研究得到的最佳转化系统为 16 %PEG 2 0 0 0 0 4 %Dextran 2 0 0 0 0 8%OP ,从而使得在底物加量为 1%时ADD的产量达到 2 .85 8g L。 The side degradation of blend phytosterol (45%β sitosterol,30%stig masterol,25%campesterol) into androsta 1,4 diene 3,17 dione (ADD) by strain Mycobacterium HCCB006 was investigated in aqueous two phase systems whi ch were made more betterby surfactants. The systems showing the best prope rties were composed of 16%PEG20000/4%Dextran20000/8% OP which give a maximum of 2.858g/L of ADD under a 1% substrate concentration.
