摘要
微生物转化是许多甾体药物或其中间体合成路线中不可或缺的关键环节。甾体是一类疏水性物质,在水中的溶解度极低。因此,创建合理有效的生物转化体系对提高底物有效浓度,进而提高转化率具有重要意义。本文从增加底物溶解度,解除底物(产物)抑制,改变细胞膜(细胞壁)通透性等三方面就该领域的研究概况进行综述。
Microbial conversion is a necessary process in the synthetic routes of steroid medicines, a group of hydrophobic compounds and their intermediates. Establishing an optimal or high-performance bioconversion system is a crucial step for increasing the concentration of substrate, which in turn enhances the transformation efficiency. In this paper, the aspects regarding increasing substrate solubility, releasing the inhibition of substrate or product, as well as changing the permeability of cell-wall or cell membrane was reviewed.
