摘要
在分析煤炭资源及其资产特点基础上 ,提出了煤炭资源资产价值的构成 。
On basis of analyzing coal resource and property characteristic, the constitution of property value of coal resource is presented, and the feasibility,method and procedure of implementing property management of coal resource are discussed.
