摘要
大兴安岭地区人口、资源之间的矛盾日趋尖锐,人口压力增大,森林可采资源锐减,生态环境脆弱.本区要实现可持续发展,应采取以下措施:控制人口数量,提高人口质量,进行生态移民;优化产品结构,加快林业产业化进程;建立森林生态系统补偿机制;全面实施科教兴林战略等.
The contradiction between population and resource is more and more serious in Da Xing＇an Mountain; the pressure of population increases and the resource in forest dramatically decreases so that the ecological environment becomes weak. In order to realize sustainable development of this district, we should take measures as following： controlling the amount of population, improving people＇s quality, carrying on ecological emigration; improving products＇structure, accelerating process of forest industrialization; setting up compensation mechanism in forest ecosystem; practicing education to prosper forest and so on.
