摘要
本文从绿色文明的要求出发,透视中国人口、资源、生态环境中存在的问题,积极探寻我国实现人口与资源、环境可持续发展的路径、如切实改变人口增长和经济增长模式,发展绿色产业、走产业生态化之路,依靠法律手段和经济手段,强化全民环保意识。
This article,based on the need of green civilization gives a thorough exploration on population, resources and ecological environment in China. The author makes an active attempt to seek available ways for China to keep the sustainable development of population,resources and environment to change the pattern of rising population and economy. To develop green industry means industrial ecologicalization. To depend on the law and economic means to strengthen nation's consciousness of environmental protection.
