摘要
本文在分析煤矿企业安全现状的基础上,总结了目前我国煤炭资源开采情况,即供给过剩、小煤窑"掠夺式"开采;彻底分析了导致煤矿安全事故的原因;并提出了煤炭资源资产化管理的措施。
This paper, based on analyses of the actual safety situation in coal mines, summarizes the instances of coal resource exploitation in our country. In addition, it deals with the issues of over-supply, exploitation and the ＂spoliation＂ that have occurred at some small mines. It analyzes thoroughly the reasons why accidents are caused in coal mines and proposes management measures concerning assetization.
