摘要
目的 :观察不同程度急性低氧时间对微血管的影响。方法 :实验采用健康家兔 ,随机分为两组 ,分别吸入含氧量为1 2 5 %和 8 5 %的氮氧混合气体 ,分别于缺氧前、缺氧后 5、1 0、1 5、2 0min在显微镜下观察家兔眼结膜微血管口径、血流速度的变化。结果 :两种不同程度的急性缺氧都使家兔眼结膜微血管口径增大 ,血流速度减慢 ,随缺氧程度加重、缺氧时间延长 ,血管扩张愈明显 ,血流速度愈慢 (P <0 0 1 )。结论
Objective:To observe the effect of acute hypoxia of different concentration on microvessel in different time.Methods:Some healthy rabbits were divided into two groups random.One group of rabbits inbreathed the mixable gas(12 5% O 2 and 87 5% N 2),another group inbreathed the mixable gas(8 5%O 2 and 91 5%N 2).Then the changes of the speed of blood stream,diameter of microvessel of rabbits conjunctive before and after hypoxia(5?10?15?20mins) were observated.Results:Two kinds of hypoxia can make the vas bore of microvessel augmentable and the speed of blood stream slow.The effect was distinct gradually along with extension of the period of hypoxia(P<0 01).Conclusion:Hypoxia can make the changes of microcirculation obviously.
