摘要
目的:探讨家兔不同程度急性低氧状态对微血管和心电图中的QTc,JTc间期影响。方法:实验采用家兔20只,按随机抽签法分为Ⅰ,Ⅱ两组,每组10只,分别给予吸入125mL/L和85mL/L氦氧混合气体,模拟4000m和6500m高原急性低氧。急性低氧时间分别为5,10,15,20min,于急性低氧前后观察微血管和QTc与JTc间期变化。结果:急性低氧两组血流速度减慢,微血管口径变大(t=2.74,2.81,P<0.05;t=3.15,P<0.01)。与实验前犤Ⅰ组QTc与JTc间期分别为(0.31±0.02)s,(0.29±0.09)s;Ⅱ组分别为(0.33±0.04)s,(0.30±0.09)s犦比较,急性低氧20minⅠ组QTc和JTc间期犤(0.36±0.03)s,(0.36±0.09)s犦有延长(t=2.79,2.91,P<0.05);Ⅱ组QTc间期犤(0.37±0.03)s,(0.28±0.10)s犦有延长,而JTc间期有缩短或不变(t=2.93,P<0.05)。结论:急性低氧可使微血管血流速度减慢,口径变大,心肌去、复极化发生改变。
AIM:To discuss the effects of acute hypoxia at different degrees on microangium and QTc and JTc intervals in electrocardiogram of rabbits. METHODS:Twenty rabbits were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 10 cases each.125 ml/L or 85 ml/L nitrogen oxygen mixing gas was inhaled respectively by each group to mimic 4 000 m or 6 500 m acute altitude hypoxia.Acute hypoxic time was 5,10,15 and 20 min respectively. The changes of microangium as well as OTc and JTc intervals were observed before and after acute hypoxia. RESULTS:Blood flow rates of two groups slowed down and the size of calibre of microangium increased after acute hypoxia(t=2.74,P< 0.05;t=3.15,P< 0.01).Compared with the values before experiment,the OTc and JTc intervals of group I were(0.31± 0.02)s and(0.29± 0.09)s respectively as well as that of(0.33± 0.04)s and(0.30± 0.09)s respectively of group II, the values after 20 min of acute hypoxia,the OTc and JTc intervals in group I prolonged to(0.36± 0.36)s and(0.36± 0.09)s respectively(t=2.79, 2.91,P< 0.05) and the QTc interval values of group II prolonged as well with(0.37± 0.03)s and(0.28± 0.10)s respectively,however,the value of JTc interval shortened or unchanged(t=2.93,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:Acute hypoxia can slow down blood flow rate of microangium and increase its calibre size.There are alternations in depolarization and repolarization processes of myocardium.
