摘要
在无氟少酸条件下 ,采用阴阳离子混合捕收剂浮选分离物理化学性质、结构构造等方面均十分相似的石英和长石 ,将石英砂SiO2 含量从 86%提高到 97%以上 ,Fe2 O3含量降到 0 .0 65 % ,为新沂石英砂矿实现无氟生产提供了依据。
Quartz and feldspar are very similiar in physical and chemical properties and texture and so on. Under hydrofluoric acid free and less sulfuric acid conditions, they are separated from each other by combined use of anionic and cationic collectors, increasing SiO 2 content of quartz from 86% to above 97% and reducing Fe 2O 3 content to 0.065%. The results can be used as the basis for Xinyi Mine's quartz production under hydrofluoric acid free and less sulfuric acid conditions.
