摘要
针对河南某地长石矿,进行了长石与石英的无氟无酸浮选分离研究。在无氟无酸中性条件下,通过浮选条件试验,确定了最优阴/阳离子捕收剂复配组合和配比、捕收剂用量及抑制剂用量,并获得了K2O含量14.68%,Al2O3含量15.88%的优质长石精矿。对石英和长石纯矿物及与药剂作用前后的红外光谱分析表明,阴离子捕收剂在石英和长石表面的吸附方式不同,实现了两种矿物的选择性浮选分离。
Flotation tests were conducted to separate feldspar from quartz without fluoride and acid for a feldspar sample from He'nan province .The best reagent combination , reagent blending ratio , collector and inhibitor dosage were determined by condition tests .The feldspar flotation concentrate was of high quality, assayiing 15.01% K2O and 15.89% Al2O3.The infrared spectra analys of pure feldspar , pure quartz , reagent reacted pure feldspar and reagent reacted pure quartz show that the adsorption modes of anion collector between feldspar and quartz are different , which is the pre-condition of the separation of feldspar from quartz .
