摘要
针对河北某地低品位云母矿的矿石性质和以往试验工作,进行了系统的工艺研究。该矿经过综合利用可得到产率26.2%,品位99%以上的云母精矿;产率13.2%,品位99%以上的长石精矿;产率37.6%,品位99.98%的石英精矿;以及产率5.4%,品位57.9%的铁精矿。其综合利用率达到了82%以上,实现了资源的综合利用。其中长石和石英的分离浮选采用无氟有酸法,有效的避免了氟的污染和后续作业的处理。
The low-grade mica minerals in Hebei are systematically researched on the basis of ore properties and previous experiments. The survey shows that with the multipurpose utilization of the ores, the mica concentrate grade over 99.5% and the mica productivity at 26.2%, the feldspar concentrate grade over 99.1% and the feldspar productivity at 13.2%, the quartz concentrate grade at 99.98% and the quartz productivity at 37.6%, and the iron concentrate grade at 57.9% and the iron productivity at 5.4% are obtained. The comprehensive utilization rate of low-grade mica minerals is more than 85%. By means of the process of not fluorine but acid, the pollution of fluoride to environment is effectively avoided and successive handle of fluoride is prevented.
