摘要
自我效能感是以若干心理过程为中介实现其作用的 ,个体自我效能感的形成与改变 ,是因人而异的。教师可以通过提高学生的自我效能感 ,改善学生的学习态度 ,保持学生心理健康 。
The paper synthetically discusses the research results of Self efficacy theory in recent teen years, It mainly introduces the concept and effects of self-efficacy and the factors which influence its formation. On this base ,it discusses the educational value of self efficacy in realistic teaching.
