摘要
为适应世界汉语教学发展的新形势,缓解各国汉语教师的紧缺情况,经国家汉办严格选拔,已向96个国家派出了近万名汉语教师。这些志愿者他们的心理状态如何,是否适应在国外的生活,工作是否存在困难成为文章的研究课题。文章除调查赴泰志愿者心理状况外,还以有无工作经验及派遣部门为变量对志愿者做了测试,并对调查结果进行了分析,针对发现的问题提出培训建议。
@@@@In order to adapt to the new situation of the development of Chinese teaching in the world, ease the shortage of Chinese teachers in the world, National Office of Chinese strictly selects, has sent nearly 10000 Chinese teachers to 96 countries.How do these volunteers psychological state of them, whether to adapt to life abroad, whether work is difficult as research articles.Besides the investigation to psychological status of Thai volunteers, with no work experience and dispatch department for the variables on the volunteer to do the test, and the results of the survey are analyzed, aiming at the problems found to suggest training.
