摘要
利用传输矩阵的方法 ,计算了电磁波通过一维光子晶体的透射系数、反射系数和场分布。当在周期性光子晶体中引入多个缺陷时 ,将在截止带中形成多个缺陷模。在缺陷模频率处存在尖锐的共振透射峰 ,透射峰频率依赖于缺陷层在晶体中的位置。在缺陷层或缺陷层周围形成局域化的场。讨论了当在晶体中引入两个缺陷层 ,这两个缺陷层之间的距离发生变化时引起透射谱的变化情况以及缺陷模的场的分布。当缺陷层相距较近时 ,在两缺陷间存在相互作用 ,而且缺陷层相距越近 ,相互作用强度越强 ;这种作用与缺陷本身 (大小和其折射率 )
By means of transfer matrix method,we calculate the transmission,reflectivity and field distribution through one-dimensional photonic crystal.When some defects are introduced into the periodic photonic crystal,a number of defect modes appear in the stop band.The resonant transmission accurs at the frequency of the defect mode.The frequency of the defect mode depends on the positions of the defects.The localized field is localized in or around the defect layers.We discuss the dependence of the transmission spectra and the field distribution on the separation of the two defects.It is found that a strong interaction between the defects exists when the separation is small.The interaction depends on the separation and the size and refractive index of the defects.
