摘要
目的:建立用HPLC测定归芎合剂中的芍药苷含量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,C18柱(250mm*4.6mm,5um),流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75),检测波长:230nm,流速:1ml·min-1。结果:芍药苷在0.41～4.08ug范围内线性关系良好,芍药苷的平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法灵敏、专属性好、重现性好。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Guixiong Heji. Method The HPLC method was used C18 column (250mm*4.6mm,5um),The mobile phase was methanol-water (25∶75).The detection wavelength was 230nm.The flow rate was 1ml·min-1。Result The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.41-4.08ug.The average recovery was 98.9%(RSD=0.6%).Conclusion The method is sensitive,specific and repeatable.
