摘要 目的 探讨蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)患者脑循环动力学改变和丹参对脑缺血性损伤的保护作用。方法 将68例SAH患者分为两组 ,观察丹参制剂治疗的丹参组35例与未加用丹参制剂治疗的对照组33例的脑循环动力学变化 ,以及两组的病死率、心电图异常发生率及脑血管痉挛发生率。结果 SAH患者脑循环动力学参数有明显改变 ,尤以最小血流速度和脑血管外周阻力改变显著 ;丹参组脑循环动力学变化与对照组差别具有极显著意义 (P<0.01)。结论 SAH可引起脑循环动力学异常改变,丹参制剂对SAH导致的脑缺血性改变有保护作用。 Objective To explore the changes of cerebrovascular dynamic indices in patients with sub-arachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)and the protective effect of Solvia on ischemic cerebral damage.Methods Sixty-eight cases with SAH were randomly divided into two groups,35in the study group who were treated with Solvia and33in the control group.The cerebrovascular dynamic indices,the electrocardiogram,the incidence of cerebral vasospasm and the mortality in two groups were observed.Results Cerebrovascular dynamic indices changed significantly following SAH,particularly in minimumvelocity of blood flow(Vmin)and cerebrovascular resistance(Rv).Solvia improved the cerebrovascular dynamic indices significantly,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion SAH can cause significant changes of cerebrovascular dy-namic indices and Solvia has protective effect on ischemic brain damage following SAH.
