摘要
对粳稻半矮秆突变体 Y9814 9矮生性遗传研究的结果表明 :(1)控制半矮秆材料 Y9814 9矮生性表达的基因为一对显性核基因 ;(2 )该显性基因与控制 KL90 8矮生性表达的显性核基因及控制 AKs1- 10 8矮生性表达的隐性核基因sd- 1均非等位 ;(3)分析 F2 群体株高资料后认为 ,在 C0 78遗传背景下 ,可以检出在近等基因系遗传背景下无法检出的另一对显性主基因。文章还对有关问题进行了讨论。
Based on the analysis of F 1 and F 2 from reciprocal cross, We found that.(1) The semi dwarfism of the mutant plant was controlled by a pair of dominant nuclear genes, not affected by cytoplasm. (2)The semi dwarf gene in Y98149 was nonallelic to the semi dwarf gene in KL908,and sd 1 gene in AKs1 10 respectively,but additive genetic effect was found between them. Some questions were discussed.
