摘要
02428ha系从隐性高秆水稻02428h中发现的半矮秆迟熟突变体。用02428ha分别与隐性高秆材料02428h和半矮秆材料02428杂交,对其F1和F2世代株高进行遗传分析,结果表明,02428ha的株高是由3对基因控制,除eui基因和sd1-基因外,还含有另外1对半矮秆基因,暂命名为sd-h(t)。该文还讨论了02428ha潜在的育种价值。
02428ha derived from a recessive tall mutant 02428h was a semi-dwarf and late maturing mutant. The genetic analysis was carried out through the F1 and F2 progenies on crossing 02428ha with 02428h and 02428. The results indicated that the inheritance of the semi-dwarf trait of the mutant 02428ha was controlled by a new recessive semi-dwarf gene sd-h(t) in addition to eui gene and sd-1 gene. Potential value of 02428ha in hybrid rice breeding was disussed.
