摘要
采用测交、杂交、自交、回交等方法对甘蓝型油菜不育系黔黄 30 3AB进行了育性遗传研究。研究结果表明 :黔黄 30 3AB是受 2对隐性核基因 (s1s1s2 s2 )控制的细胞核雄性不育系 ,其保持株的基因型为单显性杂合体 (S1s1s2 s2 或 s1s1S2 s2 ) ,其恢复系具有 2对纯合显性基因 (S1S1S2 S2 ) ,或者具有 1对纯合显性基因(S1S1s2 s2 或 s1s1S2 S2 )。
The fertility heredity of Qianhuang 303AB was studied by testing F 1, backcrossing, couple sib mating and self crossing. The results show that Qianhuang 303AB is a recessive genic male sterile line which is controlled by two pairs of recessive genes(s 1s 1s 2s 2). Its maintainers’ gene types are(S 1s 1s 2s 2 or s 1s 1S 2s 2), and its restorers’ gene types are (S 1S 1S 2S 2 or S 1S 1s 2s 2 or s 1s 1S 2S 2).
