摘要
利用自育的质核互作不育系104A及对应的保持系104B分别作母本,用自选的双低、高油分、高蛋白、高配合力、早熟的质不育系的恢复系自7104C作轮回亲本,采用双向同步(杂交、5次测交与3次回交2次自交双向同步)转育成新的双低、高油分、高蛋白、高配合力、早熟的质核互作不育系7104A及其对应的保持系7104B。7104A具有低芥酸(0.10%)、低硫甙(16.60μmol/g)、高含油量(44.9%)、高配合力、早熟等优良性状,较易配制出强优势的杂交组合,具有较好的开发应用前景。
By using the cytoplasmic -nuclear male sterile line 104A and the corresponding maintainer 104B respectively as female parent, the double - low and early - maturity male sterile line 7104C with high oil, high protein and high combining ability as recurrent parent, the two - way synchronization breeding method ( hybrid, five tests cross, three backcross, two inbred) was adopted to breed the new double - low and early -maturity cytoplasmic -nuclear male sterile line 7104A with high oil, high protein and high combining ability and its corresponding maintainer 7104B. 7104A had low erucie acid of 0.10%, low glucosinolate of 16. 60 μmol/g, high its oil content of 44.9%, high combining ability and early maturity, so good cross combination could be easily obtained from it.
