摘要
从某些高等学校学生状告母校谈起,分析了在高等学校管理中如何体现出依法治校的基本原则,论述了学生、教师、管理人员的法律地位及相互关系,列举了现行学生管理规章制度的不足之处,提出了保护学生合法权益的若干建议。
This article illustrates how legal principles apply to the management of tertiary institutions with the law cases of which students filed legal accusations against the universities they were studying in. The article elaborates on the legal position of the school authority and the relationships among students,lecturers, and school management. It outlines the defaults of current student management system and proposes solutions to protecting the legal rights of the students as well.
