拖拉机复杂零件的逆向建模和数控加工仿真——基于UG软件 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高拖拉机复杂零部件的设计和制造效率,将逆向建模和数控加工仿真技术引入到了设计制造过程中。在进行逆向建模时,首先需要对模型的数据进行采集,通过分析模型的曲面几何特征可以确定整体测量方案,采用三坐标侧量仪可以得到拖拉机零部件的点云数据;数据采集完成后,通过转化格式导入UG软件进行数据处理,通过处理去除或隐藏干扰点,创建曲线和曲面,在创建曲面时通过补充曲线和曲面的光顺方法提高曲面的质量;最后,进行模型的结构设计(如添加加强筋、安装孔等),通过装配完成曲面建模。模型创建完成后,通过UG软件对模型进行加工仿真模拟,进而得到拖拉机复杂零部件的加工成品,对于零部件形状和性能的优化具有重要的意义。 In order to improve the design and manufacturing efficiency of tractor complex parts,it introduced reverse modeling and NC machining simulation technology into the process of design and manufacture.In the process of reverse modeling,it first collected the data of the model need.By analyzing the geometric characteristics of the surface of the model,the overall measurement scheme can be determined,and tractor parts can be obtained by using the three-coordinate lateral measuring instrument for point cloud data.After the data acquisition is completed,UG software is imported to process data through transformation format.By removing or hiding interference points,curves and surfaces are created.The surface quality can be improved by supplementing the fairing method of curves and surfaces.Finally,the structure design of the model is carried out,such as adding reinforcements,installing holes and so on.The surface modeling is completed by assembling.After the model is created,the model can be simulated by UG software.The finished products of tractor complex parts can be obtained by simulation,which is of great significance for the optimization of the shape and performance of parts.
