摘要 介绍了3D打印技术的原理,分析了GlideScope Ranger视频喉镜出现的1例手柄故障,指出了利用3D打印技术制作手柄的必要性。详细阐述了利用3D打印技术制作该手柄的具体步骤和方法,证明了3D打印技术在医疗设备维修领域应用的可行性,对于降低医疗设备维修成本、提高医疗设备维修的及时性具有重要意义。 The principle of 3D printing technology was introduced, and one case of handle failure of GlideScope Ranger laryngoscope was analyzed. 3D printing technology had its necessity, steps and method described for manufacturing the handle. The feasibility of applying 3D printing technology was demonstrated in medical equipment maintenance, which contributed to enhancing medical equipment maintenance cost control and timeliness.
