摘要
讨论了旧的数控编程接口标准ISO6983的缺点,研究了基于新数控编程接口标准STEP-NC的数控系统中的NURBS曲面插补技术。介绍了STEP-NC标准中关于NURBS曲面的描述,详细讨论了NURBS插补原理,插补预处理,NURBS曲面加工路径规划和实时插补轨迹生成算法,并给出了实例和仿真结果。NURBS曲面插补技术的研究为进一步研究STEP-NC数控系统奠定基础。
In this paper, discuss the shortcoming of the old NC interface ISO6983, Research the NURBS Interpolation method based on new NC interface STEP-NC system. Discuss the NURBS surface in STEP-NC, the principle of NURBS interpolation, pretreatment of interpolation, the method of planning machine routine on NURBS surface, the algorithm of generating interpolation orbit detailed, and show the example and simulation.NURBS Interpolation is the base of further research STEP-NC system.
